One-on-one coaching
You don't need someone to explain pressure to you.
You need someone who has carried the same weight and come out the other side. Eight private sessions with Dr. Whitney Wright — who helped build a billion-dollar practice while quietly falling apart inside it.

This is what was riding on someone who was quietly falling apart.
Why him
He is not observing your world from outside it.
Most people who coach men like you have read about the pressure. Whitney ran an organization at this scale — and knows exactly what it costs to hold the version of yourself everyone else is counting on.
Scale
Four states, five markets, one clinical standard to hold across all of it.

Payment plans written
Half a million payment plans. That is families who got care they could not otherwise have afforded — and the number Whitney points to first when anyone asks what the work was actually for.
The numbers kept going up.He was coming apart underneath them.
Anxiety. Burnout. Severe panic attacks. Whitney believed what most high-responsibility men believe — that the job of being strong is to carry it silently, and that admitting otherwise would cost him the career he'd built.
He reached a breaking point, left the executive role, got real clinical help, and did the work. He coaches now because almost nobody did this for him, and because he knows how long a capable man can go without anyone noticing.
The program
Eight sessions. One person. In this order.
Private, one-on-one, roughly weekly. The sequence matters — nothing in the back half works until the first honest conversation has actually happened.
01
The honest inventory
What you are actually carrying, named out loud, probably for the first time. No fixing yet.
02
Tell someone
Choose the one person outside this room who gets the truth — and plan the conversation so it survives contact.
03
What it is costing
Sleep, health, marriage, judgment, joy. We put real numbers against the ones on your P&L.
04
Building your bench
Clinical support, primary care, peers. Whitney helps you assemble the team — he is one seat on it, not all of them.
05
The role you are playing
The version of yourself the organization depends on, and which parts of it are worth keeping.
06
Boundaries that hold
Not a calendar trick. The specific conversations, escalation paths, and answers that stop the leak.
07
The people at home
Repair work with the ones who noticed long before anyone at the office did.
08
The next ninety days
A written plan for what you do when the pressure returns — because it will.
Between sessions you have direct access to Whitney by email or text for anything that comes up. What is said in these sessions stays between the two of you.
Before you apply
This is right for some men and wrong for others.
A good fit if
- You are carrying real responsibility — a practice, a company, a team, a family that depends on you.
- You are functioning. From the outside, nothing looks wrong.
- You have been managing something privately for a long time and you are tired of it.
- You are willing to say true things out loud to one person for eight weeks.
Not this, not yet
- You are in crisis right now, or having thoughts of harming yourself.
- You are looking for a diagnosis, medication, or treatment for a mental health condition.
- You want someone to agree the pressure is normal and you should keep pushing.
- You want this instead of clinical care rather than alongside it.
Coaching is not therapy, and Whitney is careful about the difference. He is an orthodontist and an executive, not a licensed mental health clinician, and this program does not diagnose or treat any condition. Session 04 exists specifically to help you build the clinical side of your support. If what you need is treatment, Whitney will tell you so and help you find it — that is a good outcome of applying, not a rejection.
Apply
Start with a conversation.
Whitney works with a small number of men at a time, so every application starts with a private call before anyone commits to anything.
- Eight private one-on-one sessions
- Direct access between sessions
- Confidential — nothing is shared with your organization
- A no-pressure fit call first, at no cost
Men Under Pressure
The strongest person in the room may be the one who needs permission to speak.
You have carried this by yourself long enough to know it is not working. Eight weeks is not a long time to find out what else is possible.
